MeetSeq ("we", "our", "the Service") is a product by Seqorbit. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: Name and email address, obtained via Google OAuth when you sign in.
- LinkedIn profile content: When you use the Chrome extension on a LinkedIn profile page, we read and process the visible, publicly-displayed content on that page (name, headline, company, about section, recent posts) to generate a briefing. We do not scrape LinkedIn through automated bots or unauthorized APIs—only content already visible in your own browser session is used.
- Usage data: Number of briefings generated, timestamps, and plan/subscription status.
- Billing information: Handled directly by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate meeting briefings using AI (via Anthropic's Claude API)
- To fetch relevant company news (via NewsAPI or Google News RSS) as context for your briefing
- To manage your account, subscription, and usage limits
- To improve and maintain the Service
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third parties as needed to operate the Service:
- Anthropic (Claude API): processes profile and news data to generate briefings
- Stripe: processes payments and manages subscriptions
- Google: provides authentication (OAuth)
- NewsAPI / Google News: provides company news context
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
4. Data Retention
- Briefing history is retained for active Pro subscribers for as long as the account is active.
- Free-tier usage counts reset monthly and are not retained beyond the current billing cycle.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including secure (httpOnly) session storage and encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data in transit. API keys and credentials are never exposed in client-side code.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 8.
7. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Contact

9. Changes to This Policy
