Terms of Service

1. The Service

MeetSeq generates AI-powered summaries ("briefings") of LinkedIn profiles you visit while browsing, to help you prepare for meetings. The Service reads only content visible on the page you're viewing—it does not access private data or scrape LinkedIn through unauthorized means.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Plans & Billing

• Free plan: Includes a limited number of briefings per month (currently 3).
• Pro plan: A paid monthly subscription offering unlimited briefings and additional features, billed via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data beyond individual, manual use
• Use the Service in a way that violates LinkedIn's Terms of Service or any third party's rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service or its underlying AI models
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory purpose

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Briefings are generated using AI and may contain inaccuracies. You should independently verify important information before relying on it. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (Anthropic, Stripe, Google, news data providers). We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Seqorbit. You retain no ownership rights to the Service itself; briefings generated for your personal use are yours to use as you see fit.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seqorbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
